Notes and Quotes: The Giants are second in the NFL in total offense (396.3 yards a game). The Giants are second in the NFL in terms of average gain on first down with 6.29 yards.

HB Tiki Barber on Falcons’ DT Grady Jackson: “I think Grady Jackson is probably our biggest worry. He disrupts all our misdirection-type plays by pushing two or three yards into the backfield, which cuts off our angles. Our run game is going to be determined by how well (center) Shaun (O’Hara) and (guards David) Diehl and (Chris) Snee play controlling Grady Jackson.”

OG Rich Seubert on playing tight end: “Whatever I can do to get on the field. If it gets me a couple of plays, gets me to play a little bit. You’re out there in space more, you kind of realize what it’s like to be a tackle. A lot of times you got linebackers on you, faster, quicker guys. Assignment-wise I’m pretty comfortable. I’ll probably be in only for running plays. I know I’m not going to be going out in any routes ever, which is fine.”
