Kerry Collins Retires: Quarterback Kerry Collins, who played with the New York Giants for five seasons from 1999-2003, officially retired from the NFL yesterday after spending his last five seasons with the Tennessee Titans.

In 71 regular-season games with the Giants, Collins threw for 16,875 yards and 81 touchdowns. He helped the Giants to two playoff appearances, including the 2000 season that resulted in the Giants winning the NFC East and an NFC Championship, but losing Super Bowl XXXV.
