October 14, 2010 New York Giants Injury Report: Not practicing yesterday were HB D.J. Ware (sore groin), FB Madison Hedgecock (hamstring), WR Victor Cruz (hamstring), OT Will Beatty (foot), DE Mathias Kiwanuka (neck), and CB Brian Jackson (neck).

“No (update on Kiwanuka),” said Head Coach Tom Coughlin. “Supposedly at the end of the week they are going to do something else. But I don’t have any more than that.”

OC Shaun O’Hara (ankle), DE Osi Umenyiora (knee), LB Keith Bulluck (toe), and FS Kenny Phillips (knee) practiced on a limited basis.

“Shaun’s better,” said Coughlin. “We gave him more snaps. He did better. He felt better this morning. So that was good to see…I think he just has to keep feeling better after having worked. He really hasn’t pushed on anybody yet. That will be an interesting one. But he just has to improve that way and the medical people have to give him some kind of clearance.”

“Bulluck was running around a little bit better,” said Coughlin. “He did have a limited number of snaps.”

“It was my first time being out there in a couple weeks,” Bulluck said. “It felt good to get out there and run. It’s not completely healed, but it’s at the point where the pain is bearable and I just have to work through it. I feel if my number is called, I definitely would be ready to play. One thing I would never do is put myself in a situation where I can be taken advantage of on the football field or put myself in a situation where I can hurt the team possibly by being out there and not being healthy enough to be out there.”
