JUNE 17, 2025 NEW YORK GIANTS MINI-CAMP REPORT…
The first day of the New York Giants 2-day, mandatory mini-camp was held on Tuesday at Quest Diagnostics Training Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. No live contact is permitted during the mini-camp, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are allowed.

INJURIES…
Every player on the roster was present for the first day of the mandatory mini-camp. Also participating in practice were tryout players OL Carter O’Donnell, OLB Kenny Dyson, S Millard Bradford, and S K’Von Wallace.

RB Eric Gray (unknown), RB Cam Skattebo (unknown), WR Malik Nabers (toe), WR Zach Pascal (unknown), TE Chris Manhertz (unknown), LT Andrew Thomas (foot), DT Darius Alexander (unknown), OLB Victor Dimukeje (pectoral), ILB Bobby Okereke (unknown), ILB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (unknown), and S Anthony Johnson (shoulder) did not practice.

WR Jalin Hyatt left practice early after getting his left leg stretched by a trainer.

PRACTICE NOTES…
Some snippets from various media sources:

  • Because of the weather, the team worked indoors.
  • Like the OTAs, the players were in helmets, light pads, and shorts.
  • In 7-on-7 drills, WR Beaux Collins received first-team reps and caught a touchdown pass on a corner fade route out of the slot from QB Russell Wilson. Collins later caught another touchdown.
  • Also in 7-on-7 drills, WR Lil’Jordan Humphrey caught a touchdown pass from QB Jaxson Dart.
  • QB Jameis Winston found RB Dante Miller in the back of the end zone for a touchdown.
  • In the first series of 11-on-11 red-zone drills, the quarterback order was Russell Wilson (4 reps), Jameis Winston (4 reps), Tommy DeVito (3 reps), and Jaxson Dart (0 reps).
  • QB Russell Wilson threw a “gorgeous” pass to TE Theo Johnson in the corner for a touchdown against S Tyler Nubin. Wilson also threw a touchdown pass to WR Wan’Dale Robinson.
  • OLB Abdul Carter wrecked one offensive series with three immediate pressures (“sacks”) on QB Jaxson Dart.
  • WR Dalen Cambre caught three passes from QB Jameis Winston on one drive, including a touchdown on a quick out.
  • QB Russell Wilson completed a deep throw to TE Daniel Bellinger, but the defense held with another “sack” by OLB Abdul Carter (beating RT Jermaine Eluemunor), and good pass defense by CB Tre Hawkins, ILB Darius Muasau, and CB Nic Jones.
  • QB Jaxson Dart completed a pass on 4th-and-3 to WR Ihmir Smith-Marsette. Two plays later, he threw a “gorgeous” 30-yard touchdown pass in the corner of the end zone to WR Dalen Cambre down the right sideline. Dart was 7-of-8 on the drive.
  • Marcus Mbow received extensive snaps at left tackle, including with the first, second, and third units.
  • Overall, in 11-on-11 team drills, QB Russell Wilson was 9-of-13 with two touchdowns. QB Jaxson Dart was 9-of-11 with a touchdown. QB Jameis Winston was 7-of-13 with two touchdowns. QB Tommy DeVito was 0-of-1.
  • Also “sacking” the quarterback were DT Elijah Chatman and OLB Tomon Fox (twice).
