September 20, 2010 New York Giants Injury Report: Head Coach Tom Coughlin said that OC Shaun O’Hara “continues to treat and work with the Achilles/ankle situation.” He also said that S Michael Johnson aggravated the back injury that he suffered from in the preseason.

Coughlin was also asked about CB Aaron Ross’ foot and S Kenny Phillips’ head. “(Ross) was sore but I think they expect that he will be okay,” said Coughlin. “(Phillips) was fine (Sunday night) and fine (Monday) morning.”

TE Kevin Boss (concussion) hopes to return to practice this week. “(On Tuesday) we’re going to start doing some things exercise-wise and just get back into it,” Boss said. “They just want to get me back out there and do some activity to see if it’s going to give me any headaches or anything, but I haven’t had headaches for awhile. So I’m ready to go this week.”

“We’ll see (if Boss practices),” said Coughlin. “First, he’s got to go through the exams.”
