Giants Put in Waiver Claim for DT Leger Douzable, But Awarded to Lions: DT Leger Douzable was claimed off of waivers from the St. Louis Rams by the Detroit Lions yesterday. Scout.com is reporting that the Giants also put in a claim for Douzable but the Lions were awarded the player because they had a worse 2009 record. Douzable spent time with the Giants in 2008 and 2009.
