- DE/DT Justin Tuck (lower leg/knee) – Practiced on a limited basis. “Probable” for game.
- LB Zak DeOssie (back) – Practiced on a limited basis. “Probable” for game.
All-Pro New York Giants Announced: The NFL announced its 2008 All-Pro team. The team was chosen by a nationwide panel of 50 sportswriters and broadcasters who cover the NFL. The following Giants were awarded All-Pro status:
- RG Chris Snee – First-Team All-Pro
- DE Justin Tuck – First-Team All-Pro
- FB Madison Hedgecock – Second-Team All-Pro
- OC Shaun O’Hara – Second-Team All-Pro
- LT David Diehl – Second-Team All-Pro
- PK John Carney – Second-Team All-Pro
