September 10, 2008 New York Giants Injury Report: DE Mathias Kiwanuka (ankle), CB Terrell Thomas (hamstring), and PK Lawrence Tynes (knee) did not practice yesterday.
LB Jonathan Goff (back) returned to practice for the first time since before the first preseason game. “(Goff) is limited, but to have him out there is what the objective is,” said Head Coach Tom Coughlin. “Let him have a normal rotation, let him work with the scout team, let him go through individuals, get him back on track.”
“Just because of the back injury, I couldn’t do too much,” said Goff, “so I just have to try to get my wind back from not being able to exercise for such a long time.”
