November 15, 2007 New York Giants Injury Report: LB Antonio Pierce (concussion), WR Plaxico Burress (ankle), WR Steve Smith (hamstring/shoulder), and HB Derrick Ward (groin/ankle) did not practice yesterday.
“(Pierce) is better every day,” said Head Coach Tom Coughlin. “I think he will probably work (on Friday). But they are going to be very cautious, obviously. He feels a lot better. You can tell by the expression on his face that he is doing better.”
“I’m not missing this game,” said Pierce. “I’m not missing this game.”
